Computer Essentials Academy

Academies are designed to help you quickly gain the skills needed for a great career pathway with higher earning potential. We work with education partners to ensure the skills you learn in the Academy are industry-approved and match what companies are looking for in candidates.

The Computer Essentials Academy is designed to help beginners learn the basics of navigating a computer. In less than a semester, you’ll learn a range of topics, tools and tips to help you work more effectively on PCs. You’ll learn how to use Windows applications and the web for career exploration, job search and continuing education. Plus, you’ll earn one college credit from Madison College and can even use that credit toward an advanced degree in the future.
