Our programs provide career exploration and guidance, work readiness and employment, and opportunities for skills training to help prepare you for a successful career pathway.

The WorkSmart Network is here to help you move into adulthood. We want to help you turn your strengths, skills, and interests into a career. If you’re between 18 and 24 years old and aren’t connected to school, Youth Mentor Groups are for you.
Join a group and you’ll get connected to great career and support services to make your future bright. We’ll help you every step of the way from your first mentor session to getting the job, and everything in between.
We offer no-cost workshops and resources that can help with:
-Searching for jobs
-Developing a resume
-Preparing for college
-Renting an apartment
-Building interpersonal skills
