The WorkSmart Network is a team supported by the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin (WDBSCW) that specializes in delivering innovative workforce services and solutions to prepare workers for the needs of business and industry. With this charge, we specialize in delivering demand-driven employment and training services and support to job seekers, businesses and young adults in communities across South Central Wisconsin.

Our Mission

As the WorkSmart Network, (formerly WorkSmart/WIA System) it is our commitment to develop a strong network of community and business partners across South Central Wisconsin to better serve our workforce customers with quality employment and training offerings.

We partner with other agencies to serve both job seekers and employers in the Wisconsin counties of Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Marquette and Sauk. If you’re a job seeker who is unemployed, underemployed or looking for a career change, we’ll help connect you with the employment and training services and resources you need to move into the workforce. For businesses, we can help develop strategies to prepare, recruit and retain your workforce for economic success.
